The role

This is a year-round, permanent part-time (15-25hrs/week) position based in Whistler with the flexibility of remote administrative work during the off-season. There is an opportunity to grow into a full-time role as we continue to get busier. You will report to the Operations Manager and play a vital role in ensuring every adventure runs smoothly, from the first inquiry to the final high-five at the end of a trip.

What you’ll be doing

  - Guest magic: Delivering exceptional service before, during, and after trips.

  - The hub: Coordinating bookings, reservations, and guest communications.

  - Field ops: Assisting with day-of guest check-in and operational coordination.

  - Behind the scenes: Maintaining accurate administrative records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

  - The extra mile: Contributing to sales, marketing, and exciting new business projects.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable problem-solver who:

  - Loves the mountains and backcountry recreation.

  - Is dependable, organized, and stays calm under pressure.

  - Embraces new technology and learns quickly.

  - Thrives in a small, "all-hands-on-deck" team environment.

The essentials

  - Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  - Strong computer skills (you'll learn our booking systems fast!).

  - Occupational First Aid Level 3 (80-hour) or a willingness to get it.

  - Valid Class 4 Driver’s Licence or a willingness to obtain one.

  - Bonus Points: Experience in tourism, ICS 100 training, or experience with reservation software.
